Terms & Conditions
Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before participating in the JTRC Running Training Plan.
Participation & Risk
Running and physical training involve inherent risks. Participation is undertaken entirely at the runner’s own risk. JTRC accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of participation, particularly where injuries arise from poor practice, failure to follow guidance, or ignoring advice provided.
Injuries & Health Declaration
Runners must declare any existing injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns prior to starting the training plan.
Runners must also promptly inform me of any injuries, pain, discomfort, or health issues that arise during the duration of the plan.
Failure to disclose injuries or issues remains the runner’s responsibility.
Communication of Issues
If a runner experiences pain, excessive fatigue, injury, or any difficulties beyond normal training expectations, they must contact me immediately so a safe and suitable solution can be agreed upon. This may include modifying, pausing, or stopping training.

Warm-Up & Cool-Down
Runners must always complete the prescribed warm-up and cool-down routines as stated within the training plan. Failure to do so increases the risk of injury and is undertaken at the runner’s own risk.
Safe Running Environment
Runners are responsible for ensuring all running is completed in safe, suitable, and legal locations, taking into account traffic, surfaces, weather conditions, and personal safety. JTRC accepts no responsibility for incidents arising from unsafe environments.
Medical Suitability
It is the runner’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit to participate. Medical advice should be sought where there is any doubt.
Training Plan Structure
All training plans operate on a two week basis. Continued participation confirms acceptance of the current month’s plan and these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be communicated at least two (2) weeks prior to the end of the current month.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the following month remaining active or chargeable.
Runners must inform me directly of their intention to end the training plan.
Upon cancellation or completion, runners are required to complete a completion survey to formally conclude the programme.
